We don’t really have any details yet but this blurb was found recently at this link that mentions an upcoming Gossip Girl soundtrack. As soon as we know more it will be posted!
Keep your eye out for the soon-to-be-released ‘Gossip Girl’ soundtrack, featuring ‘Do You Wanna,’ the second single from ‘Konk.’ The album hits stores in September.

Ausiello: As I mentioned in my Gossip Girl premiere party wrap-up video, I got the distinct impression that the show is laying the groundwork for a possible Rufus/Vanessa pairing. The signs are subtle, but they’re there. I’m curious to see what you guys think. Elsewhere, there’s a scene between Leighton Meester and guest-cougar Madchen Amick in the second episode that was so good I nearly wept. No surprise that exec producer Stephanie Savage — who’s second only to Patrick Mulcahey (Santa Barbara) when it comes to writing bitchtastic dialogue –- penned the outing. Oh, and many words have been used to describe Chace Crawford’s Nate – hot, sexy, tasty, yummy, etc. Well, by the end of the second ep, you’ll be able to add male prostitute to that list.

Blair (Leighton Meester) returns from abroad with a hot guy on her arm (guest star Patrick Heusinger), making a very jealous Chuck (Ed Westwick) question his decision to leave Blair stranded at the heliport. Dan has spent the summer assisting a famous author (guest star McInerney), but decides to head to the Hamptons to see how things stand with Serena after a summer spent apart. While interning for Eleanor Waldorfs company, Jenny (Taylor Momsen) sneaks an invite to a much-coveted Hamptons White Party at which Eric (Connor Paolo) introduces her to socialite Tinsley Mortimer. Matthew Settle also stars. J. Miller Tobin directed the episode written by Joshua Safran (#201).

Tamara Feldman joins Gossip Girl Cast

OMG! Gossip Girl’s Serena van der Woodsen is getting a new gal pal.
Tamara Feldman, last seen on Dirty Sexy Money, has joined the GG cast as Poppy, a fellow socialite-in-the-making who gets close to Chuck’s new sis.
“She’s a friend,” Tamara told me of her character. “They start hanging out together.”
Luckily, Poppy’s not a frenemy like Georgina.
“I actually try to get her to her to stand up for herself a little bit more,” Tamara reveals.
Tamara won’t appear until the upcoming season’s fifth episode, but she’s already felt the frenzy that the show causes among its fans.
“Last week, we shot in Chinatown. If you opened the door, there were all these little girls out there screaming.”
Not to fear. Tamara’s already dealt with being in the spotlight. While starring in Perfect Stranger with Bruce Willis, she was mistakenly identified as his latest squeeze.
“They took a picture of me in a nurse’s outfit with him from the movie, and a photographer made it look like it was real,” she reveals.
“We were supposed to be drunk and he was picking me up in this window. It was actually kind of funny.“Later, they revealed it for the movie.”
Thank goodness!
Gossip Girl, season premiere, airs Monday, Sept. 1 at 8 p.m. on The CW.
