I just saw this over at On Location Vacations. This website is awesome if you want to know where movies and TV shows are filming on location. They are always posting Gossip Girl on location scoop over there.
This report is rather spoilerish so I’ll put it in the extended entry.
“All the girls were wearing pastel dresses, the boys in suits…and there was a very positive, upbeat overall vibe on set. Since weddings normally take place at night, we had to wait for the sun to set to film most of the scenes…we didnt finish filming until 4am! it was insane! But it was a very rewarding experience.
The cast is really nice and so are the rest of the extras. [btw Leighton Meester and Blake Lively are INSEPERABLE on set. Wherever that feud rumor came from is beyond me!]
I did find out that this upcoming week is their last week filming season 1.
They’re going to start filming season 2 in the middle of June through out the summer.”Thanks for the info!!
Yay! Even though they are wrapping up filming season 1 next week it’s nice to know they will resume for season 2 in June.
